Prerequisites
PMP® candidates must have a “Bachelors or first degree in any discipline” or equivalent, INCLUSIVE of the following:
- At least 4,500 hours of professional experience in managing projects, AND
- At least 35 contact hours of formal project management education (this course provides 35 hours of project management education)
For those who could not fulfill the above academic requirement, candidates must have at least a minimum “high school certificate” INCLUSIVE of the following:
- At least 7,500 hours of professional experience in managing projects, AND
- At least 35 contact hours of formal project management education (this course provides 35 hours of project management education)
