About this course
The PMP® certification is the globally recognized standard for experienced project managers. Holding a PMP® signals that you can lead projects across methodologies, environments, and industries, not just follow a process.
This course is fully restructured for the new PMP® exam effective 9 July 2026.
The curriculum is now organized across 9 lessons aligned to the updated ECO domains:
- People (33%)
- Process (41%)
- Business Environment (26%).
The Business Environment domain has been significantly expanded, reflecting PMI®’s shift toward value delivery, strategic alignment, and organizational impact.
The course is built on the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition and uses case-based instruction throughout. You will work through real project scenarios designed to mirror the new exam question formats: scenario-based, graphic-based, enhanced matching, and point-and-click questions.
Session Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Led by experienced instructors and built on PMI®’s official content, the course includes:
- Real-world project case scenarios aligned to the new ECO
- Coverage of AI in project management and sustainability principles
- Agile, predictive, and hybrid planning tools and frameworks
- Exam-focused practice questions in the new 2026 question formats
- A knowledge check quiz (80% passing score required to receive your certificate of completion, unlimited attempts)
Participants leave with both exam readiness and the practical ability to lead projects that deliver measurable value.
